From the outside gate A Shin Quasar can cross and take up the running. DANON EARLY (5) started at $2.80 last time on the back of a win here two starts ago but was below his best, finishing fifth over 1300m at this track. Has started three times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Has the ability to produce a better result. STEVE BAROWS (3) missed the frame last start when he settled well back over 1700m at Sapporo Dirt. Ideally placed and can give this a mighty shake. LUX CHERRY (6) missed the frame last time when eighth at this track. Prior to that had been in the money on two consecutive occasions. Generally goes well here and should be involved in the finish. FUYUSOBI (9) was unplaced last start over 1300m at this track when seventh. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
