Slick tempo with Vexatious Dancer to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. Strong sprint with plenty of winning chances. TRAPEZE WARRIOR (4) is a lightly-raced sprinter that won well first-up. He was well-beaten down the straight at Flemington last start but happy to forgive one bad run. He might be able to improve back around a bend and the stable/jockey combination is in form so happy to back them in. SIXTEEN REASONS (3) is a quality mare that comes back in grade after tackling a Listed race last start. She maps to get the right run from the draw. WINNING REVOLUTION (6) always runs well and is a three-time winner at this track and distance. Must be considered one of the top three hopes. SUPER ALANA (7) draws well and will find this easier than last start, while LA DEFENSE (5) flies first-up and deserves some thought. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Trapeze Warrior each-way.
