Has four wins to his from five when fresh from a spell. Ready to tackle this grade and is the leading contender. OMEGA GUINESS (7) is back from a break of ten weeks. Did a good job at his only appearance last prep when fourth over 1400m in the Gr 3 Tokai Stakes at Chukyo Dirt. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Class act who is likely to feature. DANON THE VOLCANO (6) comes here off a break of four months. Filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1600m at this track. Tokyo Dirt specialist who can make his presence felt. LORD FONS (4) resumes. Wasn't far away at the only run last time in work, finishing fourth over 1600m at Funabashi five months ago. In contention.
