Solid tempo anticipated with Zousain Bolt leading the way.
ECCLESTONE (8) hasn't won for a while but this looks his chance. Tackled a Class 2 off a one-month let-up last start over this trip at Eagle Farm and did a good job to be beaten just 1.2 lengths after leading. Will take a lot from that hit-out and in this company will be very tough to catch. BENFICA LASS (9) continued her run of top three finishes when beaten narrowly last time out over today's journey at Beaudesert. Loves this trip and can improve further at just the third run back from a spell. ZOUSAIN BOLT (5) led all the way and just fell in at Beaudesert recently, holding off Benfica Lass. Getting up in the weights and draws wide but at only the third run of the campaign should have more to offer. MIDNIGHT DRIFTER (1) came from the clouds to score over 1400m at Grafton last start. Very effective at this trip and must be considered despite the 61kgs. FIRST MAN (6) can improve on a modest first-up effort at Gatton nine days ago. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ecclestone to salute.
