Hot tempo expected from Hughie and Thaimor. STAR RAPPER (2) is a horse who has promised plenty from the time he hit the racetrack and while he hasn't lived up to those, dare I say it, raps, this looks one of the most winnable races he has contested. Probably said the same thing two starts ago at Wodonga when he was beaten at $1.45, but only went down narrowly in 72 grade at Morphettville last start and deserves one last chance. REGAL TYCOON (7) deserves to be considered the danger and backing him each-way could be the smartest play given he's yet to finishing outside the top three in 10 starts. Will be better for the good first-up run, but just has a stinker of a gate to contend with. WHAT YOU WILL (3) found the step up to 62 grade beyond her last start but was a nice winner the start prior and deserves another chance from a good draw. MISS TOP GUN (13) raced consistently last prep and impressed at her latest jumpout. DANUBE (12) is a blueblood from a top stable and looks to have upside. SUGGESTED PLAY: Star Rapper to win.
