Expecting Jumbo Treasure to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. BULB GENERAL (3) made it back-to-back wins when kicking off the season with a 1.5L victory as an odds-on chance at this track and trip. He's had a very quiet trial since that effort to keep him ticking over and Purton sticks with him. Looks an exciting prospect on the rise and he can make it three wins in a row. TACTICAL COMMAND (13) rises in grade today but drops 7kg following a narrow victory at Happy Valley to end last season. He's had a couple of easy trials coming into this and he maps to find a handy position in the run. Can make his presence felt with no weight on his back. JUMBO TREASURE (5) is another lightly raced type, though he disappointed first-up after leading them into the straight. That was in the same event as Bulb General and he should be better for that effort. Happy to overlook one poor performance and expect him to bounce back. THE BOOM BOX (2) can return on a positive note with three trials under his belt coming into this.
