A few sit handy but there won't be a great deal of early pressure. Very even. CHELSEA TOFF (8) was solid fresh then returned to winning form last time over 1200m. Fitter again and is a third-up winner. Looks hard to beat again. FLUX (1) was a narrow second two back then fourth but beaten only half a length in richer grade last time. Going very well and this is easier. Deserves to break through. COUNT IDA (11) gave a sight from a wide gate two back and was just nabbed late, then built on that with a win last time at Donald. Wide draw here but expected to give a sight again. SMOKEY WARRIOR (7) made some progress last start to finish fifth over 1100m at Tatura, beaten 2.25 lengths. Tackles a longer journey this time around and is capable of further improvement. EVERETT (10) has had three runs since a very long break and should be getting to peak fitness now. Has the ability and looks an improver this line-up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stay with Chelsea Toff.
