Genuine pace with Screen Spirit taking up the running ahead of Jingu Express and Unique Bambino. SCREEN SPIRIT (2) showed real grit breaking his maiden over the track and trip last time. Lightly raced with upside and looks well placed to go on with it. JASKIER (1) ran on strongly for second here last start after a Griffith win prior. Finds an easier assignment and rates as a major threat. JINGU EXPRESS (4) resumes after a Narrandera win in June. Will be looking for further deeper into the prep this looks a good starting point. TURNAQUID (3) has been in sharp form, following a Griffith placing with a tough Jerilderie win as favourite. Steps into stronger company but can measure up. O’REG (6) is capable of sneaking into the minors with the right run. SUGGESTED PLAY: Screen Spirit to win.
