ROMANOS HOTEL WAGGA PICNIC CUP- HEAT OF THE WAGGA STAYERS SERIES 1800m

Track: Good 4     Rail: Riverside track- True.

Not a great deal of pressure likely in the small field, with Divine Conclusion a potential leader. DIVINE CONCLUSION (1) pushed forward again last start and proved far too strong here. Carries the big weight but still looks the one they have to beat. BOY FROM TENNESSEE (3) disappointed at Wagga last start but this sets up easier. Rates well off his Gundagai win and will prove hard to stop if he recaptures that form. COOMOROO LADY (7) was far below her best at Echuca despite finishing midfield but her efforts prior stack up nicely. Expected to feature in the finish. MORE CASH (4) produced a dominant win two back and while below best last time, is worth another chance. DOPPIO (8) turned things around with a bold on-pace effort at Leeton. If sent forward again, could take catching. SUGGESTED PLAY: Divine Conclusion to win.
