He was a big winner prior the same grade and placed to advantage and can bounce back. HEROIC SPIRIT (10) doesn't win out of turn but left a good impression beaten half a length in the same contest. Maps well and will be fitter. A winning chance holding that form. VIERI (4) was a big 58 winner over this distance and then tacked a mile as a firm favourite beaten 2.5L. He's been freshened up and can't be ruled out. STYLE AND GRACE (5) led and just missed in that mile race spiking her figures. She's in the mix as well. BUADES (2) won't be far away with a 3kg claimer booked. SUGGESTED PLAY: Carat Time appeals most.
