Good pace headed by Private Tender, Keiko Say and Shot Of Whiskey, with I Stole It and Chilled With Ice close by.
MISHANI RENEGADE (2) built on his impressive record last start, closing with purpose to score a determined win in a BM70 over 1000m at the Sunshine Coast. Has struggled at this trip before but he is more furnished now and looks up to the task. DAYTONA (1) has raced three times this prep, all in Brisbane Saturday company, and struggled to make an impact. Back in grade today over his pet distance so deserves one more chance. SHOT OF WHISKEY (4) put the writing on the wall last start when he led and just failed to hold on over this distance at Doomben when third-up. Keeps improving at each run this prep and should be at his peak for this. CHILLED WITH ICE (7) made it a hat trick when he bolted in over this distance at Lismore recently. Lightly raced four-year-old who looks capable of taking this next step. FORTUNEER (5) returned with a decent effort at Beaudesert 16 days ago. Sure to be thereabouts again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Mishani Renegade to win a good quality race.
