Sportsbet Same Race Multi Handicap 2400m

Track: GOOD4   Rain (Max: 14)   Rail: Out 6m Entire Circuit.

Moderate tempo with Omamori leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. Plenty of winning form to line up here and AUTUMNHEAT (2) is the one that goes on top. He's won his past two, backing up the easy maiden victory at Bendigo with a tough victory over a handy horse at Geelong. Clearly relishing these staying trips, he'll roll forward and take plenty of catching again. CALLAWADDA (4) is another searching for a hat-trick of wins, dominant in a BM62 at Bendigo when last seen. He looks set to measure up strongly. HAALAND (6) ran a strong race in a BM70 at Flemington last time out and looks well placed in this, albeit he needs another win being stuck on 1 from 21. OMAMORI (5) is another off two straight wins and looking progressive. This is harder than last time but he's lightly raced and going the right way. CAPTAIN ELECTRIC (1) would prefer it wet but was solid last time and could sneak into the finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: Autumnheat to win.
