Three back he was narrowly beaten here in a 78 and his latest at Doomben was a good effort. May be best with a bit give in the track but is a top hope regardless. SHALAILED (1) comes out of the same race and disappointed. He led prior in Open grade at Ipswich beaten a nose. Has a 3kg claimer aboard today and hitting peak is a chance. MINTAKA LAD (2) is proven third-up and maps well. He's switched from the Vandyke yard on a 25-day return and has trialled well at Beaudesert for the new camp.
