Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Zambardo. ZAMBARDO (3) is a promising gelding with five starts to date having won his past two. He improved off a narrow maiden victory at short odds to win smartly at Sale over 1728m against a handy opponent and looks set to improve again. Drawn well and will take beating once more. THE PRINTER (8) is a lightly raced type who tried hard when dropping back 500m in trip at Bendigo last time out. This trip looks ideal and he draws for every chance. ARISTONOUS (5) resumes. He'll likely improve off this but has the ability to be running well. SEETHRU (10) put in a good effort when last seen at this track over 1600m, only run down late there.
