TSUWA (8) continued her strong progression last start, finishing a close second here, just half a length from the winner after racing prominently on the bend. Well drawn and suited to this assignment, she looks set to find the winner’s circle. ULZZANG (12) ran below expectations last start at $3.60, finishing seventh despite being in contention on the turn, but is well placed in this suitable race and should be very competitive. HEART MAJESTY (9) exceeded expectations last time to claim third here and showed encouraging signs, she can play a major role again. SAKURA RAPIER (2) has been chasing a win for some time but was solid finishing fourth last start and is difficult to ignore in this field.
