Mergeila and Snitzel Dancer to take up the running at a genuine tempo. MERGEILA (1) had not raced for almost a year so her effort to win by three lengths over 1250m at Canterbury three weeks back was remarkable. Waller puts a 3kg claimer on in place of McDonald which brings her in well. Should make her own luck up front and looks the one to beat again. RAPBIDASH (5) travelled behind Mergelia but was left in her wake when they clashed recently. Both should improve at their second runs back so the three-length margin might be too great to bridge. Still looks the principal threat. TRAFALGAR SQUARE (8) has run out of chances after a poor effort over 1100m at Canterbury last time. More suited at this trip but is best used as a trifecta/first four inclusion. LET'S FLY (2) resumes. Will be better for the run but can sneak into the bottom end of the frame. SNITZEL DANCER (9) scored a tough win on debut at Canterbury last start. Different kettle of fish today but does have plenty of scope for improvement. SUGGESTED PLAY: Mergeila to win again.
