Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Leading contender. BLINDFIRE (2) built on a nice third two starts back at this track with a win as favourite over 1000m at this track nine days ago, getting home by 1.4 lengths. Blaine Marx-Jacobson scored on her last time and retains the mount. Meeting a deeper field this time but she is up to the challenge. INAFIX (3) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 5.5 lengths when fifth over 1000m at this track four weeks ago after being in the firing line on the bend. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. TIGER STORM (4) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fifth at Turffontein Inside over 1000m. In the right race and should be competitive.
