CHIDIAC (11) has gone to a new level this prep and put paid to the doubters with a sharp win over 1400m in the Country Championship Final at Randwick. Kept up to the mark with a 1000m trial. Looks up to this stronger race and can stalk the good tempo. Go close. OH DIAMOND LIL (4) tough on-pace mare with excellent fresh credentials. Proven at this level and clearly come back well judging by the two dominant trial wins. The booking of Rawiller is a good lead to her chances. CHICA MOJITO (8) fresh for this. Group 2 placed in New Zealand two-back, then ran a poor seventeenth over 1600m in the G1 NZ Thoroughbred Breeders Stakes at Trentham. Pulled up with mucus in the nostrils last start.
