They should run this along with Cat Call and Spirit Of Brodie taking it up over Sea Warning. IMMEDIATE (5) has three placings from five outings this prep and last start led beaten 0.8 lengths over 1200m at Gold Coast turf. In the premier metro yard and has his first go on the all-weather. Should have the early speed to skip across, and she gets in well with the 2kg claim. CAT CALL (8) peaks and threatened here and on the main course following, before a plainer effort last time when he may have had an excuse. Has an inside gate and can get back into the money. HALFACHANCE (2) resumes and first up last preparation he was beaten a whisker on the Gold Coast turf. Won here by a space after and went back-to-back at Dalby. Gets in well in easier with the 3kg claim and he's trialled well. SPIRIT OF BRODIE (1) deserved his win over this trip at Gatton in stronger. The claim helps with some of the weight increase, and the gelding races well here. On a quick back up and has to be considered as well. SEA WARNING (3) was a comfortable Maiden winner first-up and can build on that. SUGGESTED PLAY: Immediate to win.
