Solid tempo with Hiraboku Carrera leading from Peptide Clematis and Quattro Jack. TAISEI DIAMANT (8) made considerable ground in the run home to finish third last start over 1200m at Hanshin Dirt. Goes well at this journey with two wins from four starts. Can run over the top of them late. VRTRAHAN (2) comes here off a break of 12 weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1200m at this track. Has found a suitable race to launch this prep. MEISHO GOLD (3) got the prize two runs ago at Hanshin Dirt. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 1400m at the same track, beaten 3.5 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. FEDERER (1) last raced on February 10. Has a strong first-up record, scoring on two occasions from three runs. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
