Only appeared once last prep when he finished fifth over 2000m in the G1 Cape Derby at Kenilworth, beaten 3.5 lengths. Has won 2/3 when fresh. Trip suits and expected to give a sight. ONE EYE ON VEGAS (6) has recently been thereabouts since scoring at Turffontein Standside on December 16, the latest effort a second over 1400m in the G2 Hawaii Stakes at Turffontein Standside. Ran fourth in a hot form race only try this trip. Likely to measure up again. TOUCHED BY ANGELS (5) finished second two runs back at Kenilworth then improved last time out to score by 5.5 lengths as public elect over 1400m at Greyville All Weather. Nicely placed to make it two on the bounce.
