Moderate pace from Kharif taking it up with Propane and Pharoah Queen on his back.
DANCE WITH DESTINY (6) was outclassed in the Australian Oaks last start although she did pass half the field in the straight. Ran an eye-catching fourth the run prior over 1600m at Hawkesbury. This race looks a perfect fit. GOLD CUP (9) battled on gamely but was never a threat when third over the mile at Gosford at her first run back from a 19-week break. Lightly raced filly who can make significant progress this time around over a bit more ground. KHARIF (11) has only raced twice and while the performances have been sound he clearly needs this sort of trip. Stanley's claim brings him in nicely. CANJUSTIFY (8) closed well but found one better in a 2000m Class 1 at Canberra recently. Placed over this course and distance back in February. Definite contender. PHAROAH QUEEN (4) is back a little in trip but certainly heading the right way form-wise. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen on Dance With Destiny.
