Genuine tempo with Canal Saint Martin leading the way. Hard to split the top three. MORETON ISLAND (6) is a talented filly who tackled a tougher race at her last run on February 14 and finished sixth behind Dream Core over 1600m in the G3 Daily Hai Queen Cup at this track. Will appreciate this drop in grade and deserves top billing. ARBANNE (8) was well held in the Hanshin Juvenile Fillies won by Star Anise over 1600m at Hanshin at her last appearance four-and-a-half months ago. Finds a suitable race to launch this campaign. CANAL SAINT MARTIN (11) broke through for her maiden win over 1600m at Nakayama last time, scoring comfortably. Is lightly raced and although drawn out a bit but she looks sure to be in the mix. SOMETHING SWEET (9) was an effortless maiden winner last time out over 2000m at Nakayama, scoring by 3 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement.
