HEAVENLY AZ (8) did little and finished seventh over 1100m at Gatton last start, a less impressive effort than her first-up fifth at Ipswich the run before. Finds a suitable assignment and can turn things around. DIAMONDSAREMIO (2) has not won for a long while. Ran tenth at Taree over 1262m. Has the ability to improve sharply at this level. VEGA NOVA (3) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when seventh over 1100m at Toowoomba. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance. CLAN D'ORO (10) claim helps again and keep safe on the back-up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Evil Lover looks set for a good preparation.
