Super Lad and Synchro possess good early speed and will set a genuine tempo. TROPICAL HOUSE (10) hit the line strongly when resuming here behind the in-form Scandalize and will be fitter for that effort. He looks set to take plenty of beating this time. STARTS NOW (7) was impressive first-up, charging home from the back and finishing off with purpose. Natural improvement makes him the main danger. MARACOURT (1) produced sharp sectionals when resuming at Oakbank but failed to replicate that effort here last week in a run that looked too bad to be true. He backs up quickly and is worth another chance. SYNCHRO (9) drops in weight third-up and brings ratings that stack up well in this field, so can’t be dismissed. LOMAX (14) was an eye-catching winner fresh and if the tempo is strong, can be finishing hard late. SUGGESTED PLAY: Tropical House to win. Saving on Maracourt.
