Good pace from Gizakiz Luv, Danon Chrom and Yaegiri. YAEGIRI (5) opened this prep last start with a second, beaten half a length, over 1600m at Hanshin. Likes to roll along in front and should dictate terms today. Key runner. PERE NOEL (9) was out of the money first up but has since been on the money on two consecutive occasions, the latest when second over 1400m at this track. This looks a nice assignment. DANON CHROM (6) showed good early speed and led into the straight before fading to finish fifth, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 1800m at Fukushima. Sure to be hard to catch. MOONLIGHT RUGGER (1) finished third at this track two runs back but was less effective last time over 1600m at Chukyo, finishing 4.5 lengths back in ninth. Well placed and should be in the mix.
