Strong tempo expected with Crown Makana, Bizantino and Rainbow Carol prominent. BIZANTINO (11) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing third when resuming last time out over 1400m at this track. Should be close to the speed despite the draw. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. RAINBOW CAROL (4) did little and finished 7 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1300m at this circuit last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth here the run before. Likely improver with strong prospects. CROWN MAKANA (8) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 1300m at this venue. Has his share of talent and will prove hard to beat in this suitable race. PURE COLLECTION (7) was beaten 4.5 lengths into third at this course two starts ago then finished 5 lengths from the winner in fourth last time here. Will drift back but wind up late and can sneak into the finish.
