Plenty of runners but a dawdling affair is on the cards. STARTON (9) was a strong winner here two back then over 1600m at this track, beaten 3 lengths, three weeks ago. Placed 2/3 this course and distance and looks set to atone. ROSEBUD LASS (8) was a dominant winner last time at this track over the same distance. Racing well and looks a leading contender again. MR JONES (5) was safely held when fifth last time out over 1400m at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Was a winner here the start prior. Much better gate and looks a terrific chance to return to form. PRIVATE TENDER (10) is fitter for the one run for the new yard and looks suited by the longer journey. Can improve sharply. Same goes for HELL OF A GENT (4). Extra trip a plus and is In the mix on best form. SUGGESTED PLAY: Starton can atone.
