Genuine pace with Illicit Dreams finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. INSATIABLE (1) was ridden patiently and then let down quickly out wide to score here easily 3 weeks ago in a similar field. Opie Bosson picks up the ride, and if 4kg is not too much more to carry, then he can repeat the dose. ILLICIT DREAMS (3) is a quality mare resuming from a spell, and she comes to hand quickly. Her record here over the trip is strong, and she will be ready to rumble fresh. TEXAS DOLLY (7) made up a big stack of late ground when finishing sixth here last week in the Easter Stakes over 1400m. The smaller field here is a plus, and if the pace is genuine, then she could even have the last say in this. MISS BRITTANY (8) should be nearing her peak fitness now, and this is the sort of race that she can easily bob up in. Each way value. OUR ECHO (4) was trapped 4 and 5 wide from a wide gate here 3 weeks ago over 1600m. He won't mind dropping back to 1200m, and he is worth another chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Texas Dolly, and Miss Britany are both solid each-way chances.
