Pace genuine with Savvy Spy and Fearn Trick pressing hard closely followed by Afloat and Lugarno. SAVVY SPY (7) jumped in trip from the outside gate on the quick back-up with a fading sixth over 1900m at Canterbury in BM64 class. Fitter now with the cross over nose band going on. Top three contender in what shapes as a tricky race. LUGARNO (1) appreciated the jump in trip with a comfortable win as fav over 2300m at Newcastle. In peak form and gets every chance from the low gate. Each-way. TWISTED LOVE (3) was slow to recover when she had a tough run in transit with a wilting ninth over 2140m at Warwick Farm in BM72 class. Nothing went right last start and expected to return to form in this easier grade. EARN TRICK (9) raced out of her grade at the last two outings and stretches out to this trip for the first time. No match for the classy Aisle Two in a handy rating contest over 1500m at Rosehill in BM72 company. Deserves another chance from this leading yard. SUGGESTED PLAY: Savvy Spy shapes as a genuine top three contender.
