A small field that lacks a pacemaker. KURA KINKA (7) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.75 lengths at today's track and distance when resuming from a spell last time out. No reason he cannot salute again. RAGDOLL (5) missed the frame when resuming last start over 1400m at this track but wasn't all that far from the winner. Can go on with it. AKAI TSUME (2) wasn't far off maiden success before a 11 weeks break, finishing the prep with a minor placing at this track. Expect she has come on over the break. Rates highly on best figures and should be right in this. LILY PINSCHER (6) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by 0.8 lengths over 1400m at this track. Will be better for that latest run and is worth following up.
