FLASH POINT (1) has her first look at a turf track today on the back of a second first-up over 1150m at Fukushima Dirt, beaten 6 lengths as favourite. Improvement to come after the first-up run and can bring the good form to this surface. CHUTCHU PPOPPO (5) was resuming from a spell of five months last start when a solid second over this course and distance. Should park just off the speed. Will give a great sight. SHONAN BASILIS (2) has not raced since she finished fourth over 1200m at this track on May 18. Key contender. KOSOKU GROOVE (12) was last at the races when she finished ninth over 1600m at Tokyo on June 7. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
