Strong tempo with Sir Havachat and Mawsons Expedition leading from Amaya's Secret and Diamondsaremio. DIAMONDSAREMIO (6) back in trip and at her top for this third-up. Came out quickly when a tenacious on-pace fourth over 1262m at Taree. Well weighted today and brings a solid rating base to take this out. AMAYA'S SECRET (2) progressive mare who shapes as the main danger with her excellent record over this track and trip. Sat on the good tempo with a fighting second over 1040m at this track. Maps well again and adept in all conditions. AUREATE (7) savaged the line on resumption with a game third at the big odds over 1100m at Murwillumbah. Races well early in the prep and he gets conditions to suit. MAWSONS EXPEDITION (5) struggling to recapture the good form he displayed last time in. Blinkers go on in an attempt to sharpen him up after fading in the run to finish fifth over 1000m at Walcha. Kept fresh and will relish the sting out of the ground. SUGGESTED PLAY: Diamondsaremio is set to shine.
