Anticipating a genuine tempo over the 1000m journey. MISS WORLD (3) turned in a fine effort to win by half a length at this course and distance when first-up from a layoff last start. Goes equally well second-up. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. BLACK EAGLE (9) is a handy galloper who was 0.7 lengths from the winner in second when resuming last start over 1200m at Greyville All Weather. Fitter and is a second-up winner. Bright prospects. MILITARY COMMAND (13) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1000m at Greyville All Weather, beaten 0.6 lengths into fourth. Finds a tougher race but a win is not out of the question. BLAZING FURY (6) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a neck from the winner in second over 1000m at Greyville All Weather. Well placed to run top-three again.
