Strong tempo assured with Invincible Papa, Craspedia and Lucido rolling to the front. RAPIER (3) returns after a spell of 11 weeks. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1200m at Kyoto. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. INVINCIBLE PAPA (11) was well held in the Takamatsunomiya Kinen won by Satono Reve over 1200m at Chukyo at his last appearance 11 weeks ago. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Expecting a bold showing. LUCIDO (12) impressed when he scored by 1.5 lengths first-up in a weaker race last start over 1200m at Kyoto. Will be better for that latest hit-out and another big run will not surprise. KARPUZ PELUS (4) last appeared when she finished 11th over 1400m in the G3 Aichi Hai at Chukyo on March 22. One to consider in this company.
