Strong tempo, primarily from Mr Vexatious and Shystar. VIRTUAL ILLUSION (2) is going better than his form reads and is desperate to break through soon. Has been hitting the line nicely all throughout this prep, so if they can utilise the low draw this time he will take plenty of stopping at the business end. LIKE A DRIFTER (3) has come back in terrific order this campaign putting three on the bounce as he continues to go from strength to strength. Profiles beautifully here and gets in light with the 3kg claimer sticking. Could easily win again. OAK PARK MADDISON (5) drops back to a sprinting trip off 42 days after her midfield finish in the Adelaide Guineas. Is a useful mare that warrants inclusion. SHYSTAR (4) has good early toe and can give some cheek if left alone. 2kg claim will take her that bit further in the straight. SUGGESTED PLAY: Virtual Illusion to knock off the fav.
