Reasonable tempo with Orion The Hunter probably leading but a few others should keep him honest. ORION THE HUNTER (4) ran well fresh then was a close-up fourth in tougher grade last time over a sharper trip. This is easier and he did win only try course and distance so gets a chance to atone. HEBEL (6) settled well back but hit the line hard to win by a head over this course and distance at first run for the new barn. Can get the job done again. CRAZY BRAVE (5) drifted well back last start before storming home to score by a head over 1200m at this track. Can figure in the finish again. ICHIBAN (1) has been racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Alice Springs over 2000m. Freshened and well back in trip but will wind up late. HENNESSY LAD (8) is better than fresh-up run and expected to improve sharply. SUGGESTED PLAY: Orion The Hunter can atone.
