Lots of speed predominantly from Miley's Memory, Cat Call and Hi Tiago. CAT CALL (5) was ridden positively and led throughout to score over 1050m at this track last time. Has to carry more weight this time but is likely to play a major role again. COUNT NICHOLAS (1) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 1.5 lengths back in fourth over 1000m at Gold Coast. Will be handy in the run and should prove hard to run down. The well-related MISS FUNNY HONEY (4) (half to G1 winner vega One) is a progressive galloper who is first-up since finishing seventh over 1200m at Doomben seven months ago which was the only run of that prep. Primed for this after placing in a recent trial and shouldn't be underestimated. SEQUEL (8) strips fitter second-up from the spell and draws the inside marble. Include in calculations. SUGGESTED PLAY: Cat Call to go back-to-back.
