Off the low draw Walkure King should lead at a genuine tempo. XEROGRAPHICA (11) went forward over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt last time and held on for third. Will be handy in running again despite the tricky draw. Takeshi Yokoyama has registered three minor placings when on board. Well placed and should be in the finish. KOIOS TESORO (10) boxed on to finish second last start over 1800m at Niigata Dirt, beaten 1.3 lengths as favourite. Going better than most of these so there is no reason he cannot take this out. ON THE MOVIE (2) finished fourth last start over 2000m at Kyoto after racing on the pace for much of the way. Among the each-way chances. MEISHO TAIZAN (5) raced on the speed last time but couldn't finish the race off and clocked-in fourth over 1800m at Niigata Dirt. Expected to feature in the finish this time.
