ABOUT TO EXPLODE (17) strung together four top-two finishes over today's course and distance before heading to Doomben last start and performing below his best. Not proven at this level but his love of the Eagle Farm 1200m will take him a long way down on the limit weight. PEREILLE (4) charged home late for third in the 1110m Chief De Beers at Doomben recently. Prolific placegetter at this level. Needs a 10/10 ride from the wide gate but J Mac is the man for the job. ARABIAN ROSE (18) impressed first-up in a Class 6 over this distance at Doomben. Has earned her chance at this level.
