Good pressure from the outset with Girijaala, Pier Pressure and Seven's taking up the running over Mawjood and Fiddlers Green. SEVEN'S (12) battled hard at his two runs this time in and set to peak today. Beat a good field over this track and trip last October on a heavy track and maps to get the gun run here. Genuine top-three player. MAWJOOD (3) deep into the prep and handled the back-up with ease when leading throughout over 1500m here two weeks ago. Will benefit with the 3kg claim and has the speed to get over from the wide gate. Sure to be thereabouts. GIRIJAALA (16) handy mare who looks up to this after finishing a close fifth to Declichy Boulevard over 1400m at Randwick with the 57.5kg. Fitness won't be an excuse and can slide over from the sticky draw. Respect. EMIRATE (10) only the two wins from fifteen starts and stretches out to this trip for the first time off a let-up. Tempo suits and will be savaging the line. FIDDLERS GREEN (4) holding his form and can figure prominently on the improving surface. Each way. SUGGESTED PLAY: Seven's can get the better of these.
