Many of these juveniles step out for the first time so a strong pace is anticipated. BRAVE HUSTLER (1) has made light work of them in his first two and can keep the ball rolling here. Freshened with 35 days in between, kept up to the mark with a trial win. Gets in a dream at the weight with the 3kg claim and is clearly the one to beat. BREVITAS (10) has left herself with too much to do in her first two starts but has been warming nicely late. Closed nicely behind Brave Hustler last start and with further improvement third-up she deserves respect, though she will likely get a long way back again from the wide draw. A CERTAIN SONG (12) is a Dirty Work filly on debut for the Clarken & MacGillivray partnership. Has shown good signs at the trials and can play a minor role. CHIX DIGGUS (3) and VICTORIUM (6) are other debutants that have shown enough in their respective lead-up work. SUGGESTED PLAY: Brave Hustler to stay unbeaten.
