VULCAN TESORO (6) ran a better race last start to finish a close third over 2000m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Cherry ripe after three runs back - strong prospects. CARDAMOM (16) is a four-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start and was beaten 3.5 lengths when fifth over 2000m at Fukushima. Chance to break her maiden status with that run under her belt. WINTER BREATH (12) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 3.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 2000m at Niigata. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. ZONNEBLOEM (17) finished third last start at the first run back from a spell over 2400m at Niigata, beaten 2.75 lengths. Fitter for that run. Anticipating another forward showing.
