Without frontrunners engaged Gingerquest gets the chance to lead. TERRITORY MAN (5) showed plenty of talent last campaign before a disappointing performance to end last campaign. His two trials this time in have been super and Pike sticks with him first-up. Looks a progressive type on the rise and he can return with a bang. GOLD MAKER (2) got over the top to score here 21 days ago, winning by 0.5L in easier company. He put up a good figure in winning through and this race shape looks to suit his pattern. Can repeat the dose without surprising. GLANCED (7) flew home over 1300m fresh to miss by 1.1L in a bold performance. This looks to shape much better with the fresh run under her belt and the slight rise in trip. Can sit closer today and go one better. TALKAWAY (8) was too good last time out and boasts a strong record at this track and trip. Won't be fast away. OLD MATE HENRY (4) trialled well coming into this and a forward showing is expected on his return. SUGGESTED PLAY: Territory Man can return on a winning note.
