Expecting Thread Fighter to set a genuine tempo after crossing from wide out. The scratching of Fugitiva opens this right up. CROWN ESTATE (10) last appeared when easily accounted for over this trip at the Beaumont circuit on 25 March. Wasn't beaten far at Gosford the run prior which is good form for a maiden of this standard. Expect a strong return. CALL ME GROUCHY (5) led but couldn't find any more in the run home at Kembla recently, his fourth unplaced run from as many appearances. Will find this easier so should give some cheek. KULKYNE (16) did little at Gundagai last time in her first run since a stable switch. Worth another chance over the extra furlong. Pre-post favourite JINSOKU (2) found the line well here first-up and will enjoy the longer journey. GOLDEN FAIRY (13) returned with a real eye-catcher over this course and distance last start. One to watch for late in the piece. SUGGESTED PLAY: Crown Estate each-way.
