Perfect Costa has good gate speed and can overcome the wide draw to lead. VICTORY TEARS (4) is only lightly tried for a 7-year-old gelding and he has needed all of his 3 starts back from a spell on the Ballarat poly track. He draws the pole position and is ready to show some worthwhile form. On top. PROPHET'S CHOICE (10) got home hard along the rails at Warrnambool last time out when finishing fifth there 11 days ago. She has been placed in 2 of her 3 starts on this track and should go close to taking this out. SAN MARINO (1) was fourth in a stronger field at Murtoa last time out and his overall form this prep has been near enough. Stick with him on an each-way basis.
