TRIPLE M'S LEAH FOR BREAKFAST HANDICAP 1200m Track: GOOD Rail: True. |

Small field but expecting a genuine tempo with plenty of pace engaged. DE LOVELY LAD (4) has found his best form lately with 3 wins from his last 4 starts. He has been very well placed to win his 2 most recent starts and gets to stay in the same grade here. He is still nicely treated at the weights and the hat-trick beckons. COMPAK (2) had an excuse when beaten at Marble Bar 2 starts back and was much more like it when finishing a head back in second place at Roebourne last week. He has a good draw and can go one better. LUCKY LANDING (1) was found to be mildly lame after finishing last in a 4-horse field in his penultimate start and then bounced back to win here 6 weeks ago by nearly 3 lengths. His recent freshen-up would have done him no harm and he can win again. REQUISITION (3) is an honest veteran resuming from a spell at a level that is easier than he would normally face. If he doesn't need the run, he can have a say in the outcome of the finish here. A market watch is advised. SUGGESTED PLAY: De Lovely Lad to win.
