Zeewijk to take up the running with Magic Of Zeus and Amber Highway close at hand. ZADAR ROCK (2) was never a chance at Roebourne last time out last week over 2200 metres and probably found it a touch too far for him. He has a better record over a mile and won't be using lack of fitness as an excuse here. The small field will help and he can bounce back. ZEEWIJK (3) has been mixing his form and was a solid winner at Marble Bar in his penultimate start. The quick backup should help him and with the advantage of the pole position, he can figure in the finish. AL MAGICO (4) is a consistent veteran who finished a fair third at Roebourne last start over 1813 metres and is expected to produce another honest run in this. MAGIC OF ZEUS (1) has a good record over a mile and should be closing in on his peak fitness after 4 runs back from a spell. He meets an even field and can take it out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Zadar Rock to win.
