Strong early tempo assured with Compelling Truth, Bomarea and Memoria locking horns. SPRING LEE (9) progressive sprinting mare resuming. Strong through the line second-up when second in the LR Denises Joy over 1100m at Scone on May 18. Matured further over the break and looked to have plenty up the sleeve when third in a recent 900m trial at Rosehill. Primed for this and can go to another level this time in. COMPELLING TRUTH (4) tough Mudgee gelding chasing his fifth-straight victory. Gave them a galloping lesson when scoring by 4-lengths in the Kirby over 1000m at Grafton on July 18. This is much tougher but hard to ignore recent wins. BOSTON ROCKS (10) returned from a five-month break when knocking up late to finish sixth over this course and trip on June 29. Kept fresh and the drop in weight suits in this stronger event. Each-way. BOMAREA (12) nice mare who deserves her shot in this company. Won well on resumption before jumping in grade when second over 1000m in the Kirby at Grafton on July 18. Can run into the minor money. The chances don't end there. SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 9,4,10,12.
