Good early pace from Russian Roni with High Blue Sea not far away. LITTLE COINTREAU (11) lightly raced gelding racing in career-best form. Made it two wins from four starts this time in when a determined head winner over 1400m at Randwick Kensington two-and-a-half weeks ago. Looks up to this grade from the inside gate and can stalk the good tempo. NAILS MURPHY (13) both wins have come over this trip and back in distance today after struggling to see the mile out when third at Randwick on July 13. Collett sticks and the Norton bit goes on here.
